Objective of the fund
The fund aims to provide investors with returns that outperform the Hungarian government bond market over the medium term by investing predominantly in bond funds and to a lesser extent in equity funds investing in global markets.
Investment policy
According to the target asset mix of the fund, 70% of the capital will be invested in the capital-guaranteed OTP Optima Fund, which is predominantly composed of safe short-term Hungarian government bonds. The remaining 30% allows investors to benefit from the performance of global equity markets by investing in the OTP Fundman Fund or other equity exposure funds. Investment decision-making is supported by an underlying trend-tracking strategy. If the underlying stock markets enter a negative trend, the portfolio manager will invest a portion of the assets allocated to equity investments in money market funds that typically perform better in unfavorable stock market conditions, such as developed market currencies (US dollars or euros).

There is no limit on the value of an investment in the fund. You can buy investment units in any amount and increase or decrease the value of your investment as you wish. Moreover, the nominal value of the fund is HUF 1, so you can easily, flexibly and accurately adjust the value of your investment to the amount you want to invest.

How does settlement take place?The fund is open-endeded, so units can be bought and redeemed on any trading day at the net asset value (price) per unit on that day. The distribution of the fund’s units is subject to T+4 days settlement, i.e. the settlement and the crediting of the units take place on the 4th day of distribution (T+4 days) following the order.
