Common acquisition of OTP Fund Management and OTP banka d.d. completed

The new subsidiary will continue operating under the name OTP Skladi d.o.o.

OTP Fund Management is taking its activity to a new level with a transaction that marks a milestone in its regional expansion strategy, having successfully completed the acquisition of Primorski skladi d.o.o., Koper, together with OTP banka d.d. Following the receipt of the necessary financial and competition authority approvals, the Slovenian fund manager will continue operating under the name OTP Skladi d.o.o.
